Tired and sore

Yesterday was quite the day at work. We had our annual fundraiser at school. Had a Carnival and if the crowds indicate how well we did, it was fantastic. We went through over 450 hot dogs. It looked like the kids had a great time.

I will tell you this this ole girl is tired and sore today. Was at work yesterday from 6:15am to 7:15pm. My sweet granddaughter, Destiny, put in the same hours. She had the day off from school and wanted to come help Grandma. Great help she was. Made all the posters and plenty more. Thank you sweety.

Have basketball games to attend today. Had one at 8am and another at noon.

OMG, what a day I had today. We are so busy at work, what with everyday "kiddie" things and my normal benchmark postings, ordering, inventory and worrying about how to leave instructions for my replacement. I certainly feel for he/she. Most everything I know or do is in my brain, oh wait that should not be too bad, not much up there. We are having our school carnival tomorrow. Granddaughter Destiny is coming to work with me tomorrow to help finish up the last minute items. Lot of prep work but the kids love it.

Weather here has been quite nice. Hard to believe after the long spell of excruciating cold. Can't say that I miss it. Have had some dense fog for a few morning though.
